    FOUNDER

With nearly two decades of experience in non-profit advocacy, program management, and entrepreneurship, I have a proven track record of driving organizational growth and fostering community engagement. As a strategic thinker and coalition builder, I have successfully led initiatives that resulted in a 147% increase in profit margins for a family-owned business and secured the first COLA for retired public employees in a decade. My expertise in designing and implementing human-centered programs, combined with my leadership skills, positions me to effectively manage strategies, partnerships, and programs within smaller-size organizations. I am dedicated to creating impactful solutions that promote organizational success and community well-being.

My unique experience and background provides a plethora of knowledge and real life examples of how I have seen certain systems help other companies, organizations, and nonprofits become more streamlined and efficient. As a small business owner myself - owning a coaching and consulting company and a food truck business, I understand the many hats small business owners wear and recognize that while the budget may not provide the opportunity to hire full time experts in all areas, I can offer support in those areas on a smaller scale and small budget. I believe that every business owner can succeed and provide the product or service to their community in a robust, fruitful and meaningful way. They may just need some help and support to do so - and that's where I come in!

Beyond my professional experience, I am someone who loves a new adventure! An example of this, is in 2020, I set out to run my very first marathon at age 37. With the COVID19 Pandemic, all races were cancelled that year. Instead of waiting, i set out with my rescue dog, Faelan, and charted my own marathon course in my hometown at the time Ashand, NH. Faelan and I ran all 26.2 miles together and crossed a homemade finish line my mom put together so surrounded by my famiIy and friends. t really taught me that sometimes things don’t go our way, goals may shift, but if I want something really bad I will do whatever I can to make it happen!
